Hopefully someone here can tell me which OEM Glock extended slide release I need for my early (HRxxx) Glock 19. I've noticed that there are several 'models' (I'm interested in Glock OEM only) available, some listed as 2-pin, some as 3-pin. I recently installed one on my Glock 21 and it's a great addition. Thanks in advance! :wow:

I'm pretty sure you need the one with the horn on top. Not sure of the PN at this minute though.

According to the latest parts list released by Glock, you would use a 3-pin extended slide stop for all G19's whether they're 2-pin or 3-pin. The models that use the 2-pin slide stops are the 2-pin G17, G17L, and G34 only.

So, you'd use Glock manufacturer part number 7496.

You can look at the parts list here, it's listed as the "Parts Order Form":

(some of the descriptions next to each part are obscured, you can read them by highlighting that text, copying it and pasting it into another text box)
