Thinking of building my G34 into an unlimited gun over the next few months. I pretty much know what components that I'll use, but am having difficulty deciding on the right c-more and mount.

Choice #1) Carver weaver mount with c-more railway.

    Choice #2) Carver c-more mount with c-more slide-ride.

From the pics I've seen (Glock Talk & CGR) Choice #2 appears to be better as it sits lower on the gun.

However, I might also like to use the c-more on an AR-15 which requires a weaver/picatinny style mounting.

Can I buy A c-more railway and take off the weaver mount leaving me with a slide ride + mount or are they 2 independent mounts?

    Thoughts Please...

    Thanks
    Lance

    Hello, Lance,
"I like your choice of mounts":) :)

Yes, you can take the bottom of the Railway mount off and use the C-More as a Slideride. The only variance that you will have will be the height of the dot on the Railway is higher than the use of the Slideride. But, the weight of the Railway is more, thus allowing more stabilization from the weight.

When you get ready for either the C-More or mount, just let me know. I stock the C-Mores, Railway and Slideride.

Best regards and email me anytime.
