You'd take that over a .125 grain Winchester Defender .357 magnum?

You lost me here hoss! :headscratch:

I was just stating that, 'Load,' is what I would choose, IF I were carrying a 9mil out the door...!

I'm just sporting with you. He didn't list your preferred load as an option.

Since I'm self quarantined, I would pick a 12 Gauge with No. 4 Buckshot or 5.56 MM FMJ. Since carrying is not a issue here with open carry legal, I would pick a CZ 97b with a .45 caliber bullet. Hollow point's preferred, but not mandatory.

Alright. Guess I didn't have my 'sporting brain' on today man...! Mind must be on Toilet Paper or somethin!

And I surely would take the 357 mag, over the piddlin 9mm. ;)

I didn't think my choice of ammo for the 9mil, would be on the top favorites list. Never is. I guess cause it 'don't open instantly,' and look like a copper flower. It does get great penetration though! Ha. I am truly a minority I guess, that does not care for the HST... :fred:

    Be safe!

Can you make this a poll? Possibly add a few more choices too? Thanks.

I've never seen, purchased or shot Black Hills ammo but I've only read good things about their product.

The 124gr+P HST is a very good round. In my G26 I am at 1165fps. I have 100% confidence it that round delivered @ 3 per second.

And you and I still remain good friends, and the hunts and ranch are still open to you, despite this! LOL!

Amigo, just not a fan of HST... Can't do it. It's lonely out here with this 'unpopular opinion,' but I'll get through it. Ha! Just have not seen anything yet, that would convince me of the penetration potential of this bullet in "real world" media, and not just jello and denim. Appears to open to quickly on target, when encountering hard objects such as bone and other things, he's already open. It will take some convincing for me at this point... I still believe the Rangers/PDX1's, are the best choice between the two... ;)

But again, Man I am happy for all you HST fans... HA. Well, still at 3 seconds, for 7rds of 230gr PDX1's 45acp. I'm slowing down fred! Maybe I do need to come on over to the HST's. ;)

From your list I would buy any of the Hornady but my first choice would be Speer Gold Dots.
