The Butler Creek gets my vote. I have used one for many years and have never had any issues. It is a solid lockup every time.

I have been very happy with my Choate folding stock. Ive had it for about 25 years and it has seen lots of heavy use. It still locks up great and is very stable. I dont have any experience with the ones you listed. Heres a link:

Edit: I had an ATI SKS stock and it was a wast of money. I would have to handle and be really impressed with it to buy anything from ATI ever again. It wobbled, flexed and didn't lock up well. I thought ATI was crap.

I have a Choate's folding stock for my 10/22. Comes with a top handguard that I really like.

i would go with a butler creek folder as well. i really want to get a 16" 10/22 youth model and put the BC floder on it.

my only experience with ATI was an AK folder. it broke in the soft case in the trunk of my car on the way to the range. the locking mechanism was brittle. it had air bubbles in it and broke off during the transport. had to go back to the wood.
