we all know pizza is great and varies some as to where the pie comes from. in cenrtal indiana, we have arni's, simply a great thin crust pizza. their pepporni is legendary, and the crunchy crust has to be tried to really see how great this taste sensitation really is!! an other super pizza comes from daves all american in danville indiana. it reminds me of the old shakey's pizza of many years past. the sasauge on these pizzas had a slightly licorese flavor to them and were super. what's your picks?...!

I can't remember the name of the place, but it was around Christmas last year in South Lake Tahoe, CA. My brother and I happened upon it kinda late one evening and it was heavenly!!

Might just be worth the 1.5 drive from my house. ;f

I think it was called Filippes(sp)in Oceanside,CA in the early 80's. Good thing we don't have one up here or I'd be a lot bigger.

In Oklahoma it has to be Hideaway Pizza. I am a big meat eater, but they have a vegetable pizza that is the best pizza I have ever had. It has artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, cheese, etc.

Michael Dean, you got it. Hideaway is very good. One of my favorite places for pizza. I like the 5-cheese pizza (heart attack on a crust). Also, the BBQ chicken pizza is pretty good too. Man, wish I had some now! ;a

If you order the thick crust, they give you a bottle of honey for the outside crusts.

Honey on pizza is pretty good. My girlfriend makes the best pizza I’ve had. Honey wheat crust, olive oil, feta and some other cheeses, spinach, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomato, cloves of garlic and a whole bunch of other stuff I can’t remember.

In West Lafayette Indiana, home of Purdue University, Bruno's Pizza is my favorite. They mix white brick cheese with the mozzarella which gives it a unique flavor. Of all the pizzas I've tried in my 53 years, Bruno's is the best.

Lansky's Pizza in Omaha & Bellevue Nebraska and CB Iowa

I have never had a better pizza (not even in Chicago).

Thin crust, homemade sauce, taste the garlic all night, natural meats, fresh veggies, quality cheese.

Never been to N.Y. - We do have a pizza place here that claims to be from N.Y. and it is very good. (Not quite as good as Lansky's though)
