I shoot at the Berrien County Sportsmans Club. It's a bit of drive, but the ranges are night and day above an indoor range. I can send you some info if interested.

Thanks for that info . I did a search of their website and got the therates and other information also . It may be farther than I would like to travel to shoot though. I'm about 12 miles from Midwest Gun`s and ammo . They charge 10 dollars to shoot , which isn`t too bad. I only go about once a month.Anyone know where the South Bend or Mishawaka Police shoot? Is it open to the public?

    JimK,
    Try fop36.com > Associate members.

If you don't want to buy a membership someplace, Kingsbury just west of North Liberty is really nice.

You might try Bend of the River Conservation Club. I'm a new member and so far I like it. Outdoor pistol and rifle. IDPA, SAS, IPSCA, matches. Archery. The club is off US 12 and the Bypass in Niles, MI.

Anyone know of any good ranges in Northern Indiana to rent handguns?

My gf is wanting to try a few different guns out before she buys.

I tried Blythe's, they didnt seem to have a very large selection of handguns. They also require you to submit to a back ground check just to rent what they had.

I'll check the other 2 places out.

    thanks

Theres the St Joe County Restoration Club on CR100 in Elkhart. It is a club. You have to join and pay dues. I do not have contact information at this time.

Koga's no longer exists. It's under new (and I have to say MUCH better ownership).

It's now called Class 3 Sales & Range, or something to that effect, and still at the same location.

Club meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm. You could drop in or check the sign by the gate to see which Sundays the VP will be doing new member signups. Cost is $60 per year, there is a 100 yard rifle range (pistol if you want), a 50' pistol range and trap.
