Hi, I just purchased the G22C and I really like the gun. I buy the ammo at the local range (40 S&W or 9mm) it’s not cheap here in New Jersey. Is there a better way to buy ammo cheaper over the internet maybe in bulk of 500 rounds? Any tips or clues will be greatly appreciated.

he's talking about Winchester White box valu packs, which which WalMart carries. CCI Blazer is also a good choice for practice. Some guys like Wolf, but it's too dirty and stinky for me. OK for AK's, but not pistols, IMHO....

Another vote for Winchester White box from Wal-Mart. $15.97 per 100 rounds.

You won't find a WalMart in the People's Republic of New Jersey that sells ammo. Say thanks to the Dems and Soccer Moms for that. It's for the children you know.

Your best bet is to find a good online source and have it shipped to you.

    I like this one.....

I would second the Natchez suggestion. I have ordered many times. They are generally very competitive, if not the cheapest around. They often have "sales". Currently, .40SW Blazer is $6.15/50 if bought in case lots. This is the 180gr, FMJ variety. Shipping costs will vary by distance etc.

Miwall New Ammo Prices: Just paid $79.95 for 500 rds of 165 or 180 grain Gold Dots in a plastic ammo box at the local gun show. (Yes even in California) This is all new ammo not reloads.

ammoman.com and they are in NJ if I recall correctly though I'm not sure if they are allowed to ship ammo in NJ. NAZI state. It always baffles me that states that claim to be the most liberal, free and have the highest minority populations have the most restrictive gun laws. Correlation? Me thinks so...

For some reason, Ammoman will not ship orders to NJ even though he is in NJ. There probably is some stupid law against it and yet I can have ammo shipped here from out of state dealers. Anyway, I'm pretty sure NJ residents can pick up ammo at the Ammoman location in Southern NJ.

I actually found a BETTER deal than walmart white box from a local ammo dealer. He's really cool with me, I get the "homeboy" special on everything.

    Out the door, I'm paying $11/100 on 9mm, $15/180 grain .40, and something like $17/100 .45.

    All new factory, FMJ's.
