i just got some from CDNNinvestments.com they are listed at ambi cut, but they came as the normal single side cut. $20 each.
Okay, whatever moves your furniture. I don't have a problem with them, though until they actually have an ambi magizine catch for the G-17, I don't see the need for them.
The problem i have with the ambi-cut mags is that they stick out of the grip frame and so the bottom of the magazine is not flush with the grip frame. This only presents a problem with my G27 when attempting to use aftermarket extensions. The longer cut of the magazine leaves a gap, which pinches finger when firing. I only use GAP floorplates, not actual mag extensions, but have had to only install them on older style mags. I carry with a newer ambi-cut magazine, and keep a stock magazine floorplate installed. My long-winded way of saying "the ambi-cut mags are not flush fitting"
Many don't like them for the G19 because they do not sit flush to the magwell. They seem to hang down 1/8" to about 3/16"
Really? I have a few of those lying around, but never actually tried 'em. I guess now I'll have to. That sounds like it might be kinda annoying.
