We operated with you in the Tonkin Gulf or South China Sea. USS Gridley DLG-21. You must have been aboard during the fire?
1966-68 USS Gridley DLG-21 Three Wespac cruises out of LB to Vietnam in less than three years. Did R&R in Australia,NZ though.
1968-70 USS Sylvania AFS-2 out of Naples, Italy. Lt. of AC&R school in San Diego offered me this duty upon graduation. Great tour of Med.
82-92 PH2 Guam, Hawaii, UAE [VF-213] & lots of places in between. Best years of my life!
