The dems aren't exposed for ****. Deal with them later? Like Christine Blasey Ford? How stupid is that? Most of the country is hearing 30 second sound bytes intended to make them think Trump is guilty. All they need to hear now are 30 second sound bytes about how the republicans used majority tactics to avoid a trial in the Senate, implying Trump was in fact, guilty.

I'm starting to think a lot of folks are afraid for the process to proceed. You must think Trump is actually guilty of something. Or maybe you think there is enough there to turn enough republicans to get a guilty verdict. You must want all the evidence sealed, instead of being exposed as made up. Hiding something perhaps.

If Graham and McConnell shut the process down with a procedural vote, it will not be to favor the president. They are not his friends. His reputation will be tarnished as him being impeached, but his party protecting him in the Senate. Democrats will start calling it a Constitutional Crisis, and that's the 30 second sound bytes most people will hear.

Pull a fast one in the Senate, and I won't blame people for suspecting he is guilty. A lot of you republicans are acting like he is.

    That's right.

People in the street, who are open minded, already know Schiff a liar, Naddler a clown, Pelosi a follower. People who can be convinced are already moved to DJT. Then there are those who won't be convinced.

A proposed fight of a Senate trial won't accomplish anything more than already been done. It will be good for the Ego, but the intangible cost poses the risk of losing voters.

If you're interested in dishing out justice and to set examples, the Senate is not the place to do that. It's the job of the executive branch, second term.

Now, if you'd gather all possible charges against the President, then acquit him. Then it's done. Double jeopardy will not allow the Dems to come at him again, for the same things. If they do, the Senate can just ignore it. But they can't, if we have the House. The focus MUST be on taking the House back.

Our job here is not to be cheerleaders. Our job is to make sure we have the House and the Senate. Anything else is a distraction.

I am predicting one week in the Senate, and the President will be acquitted.

Why take a week to exonerate an innocent man?

The republicans seem to be afraid of something. I getting curious as to why.
