whats your favorate part of the turkey?

    i like the white breast meat but the piece i always grab is the tail, ever try it. theyre awesome and i think ill buy a tray of them to bake along side of the bird this year. cmon someone in norleens has to eat these things too. second fav for me is the wing, especially the tips.

    I like the white meat if it's fried and the thigh meat if it's oven roasted. The tail is good along with the neck, heart and gizzard...

    I guess the best part is what's in my tummy...;)

    i never liked the neck or have i ever tried any of the inards, i dont like it when the gizzard and other stuff gets chopped up and rolled into the stuffing. the tail is as far as i go.

    Smoked breast on the bone.

    Cajun injected the night before......hickory smoked at between 250 and 300 degrees for several hours.

    Make you slap yo mamma.

    My favorite parts are the two oyster-shaped bits on either side of the lower spine where the thigh connects. Anyone know what to call them?

    It is usually referred to as the "Oyster Meat". Sometimes also called the "eye" or "loin"
