You had to bring back the memories didn't you. I use to buy the PB Max's by the case, they stopped making them. Man I could go for a couple now.

Snickers is tops, but to me the only one that comes close to Snicker's greatness
is a Reese's PB Cup---'specially those new big boys...

York's Peppermint Patties are great too... Cool, minty, chocolatty...
    Andes are great too...

Mounds... Moist, sweet, coconutty and milk chocolatty...

Payday is really good... Rare combo of salty and sweet...

Those giant Walgreens Cadbury Dairy Milk, Roasted Almond, and the 'Crisps' one...
    Super good...

All species of Hershey's Kisses and M&Ms too... Incredible...

    Unbelievable thing chocolate is...

+1 on Snickers. It's the King. No matter what else is going on, it's there for you. It has it all. chocolate, nougate, nuts, carame.

But also great bars are (in no particular order)
    Reese's Cups
    Peanut M&M's
5th Ave (Similar to, but better than a Butterfinger)
    Hershey's Symphony
    Kit Kat
    Reese's Fast Break
    Almond Joy
    Hot Tamales
    100 Grand
Snickers Cruncher (similar to, but better than a Watchamacalit)
    Heath or Skor

That is all. Man, I wonder how I ever got fat. :clown:

Yeah, Mars bar went downhill a few years back. It's tiny now, like half the size of a normal candy bar and it's missing the 'oomph!' that used to make it good.
Snickers with Almonds is a far superior bar now. Mmmmm.

I've always liked Whatchamacallits, and I'll go for a KitKat Big Kat when I can find one.

There's one candy bar I remember having when I was a kid, that was really awesome, but I can't remember much about it... other than it was really, really good and I really, really liked it.

Don't know the name or even what it was exactly composed of... the best I can recall it was somewhat of a cross between a Mounds and a Zero bar. I remember my parents buying them by the case at Sam's Club, because they weren't sold individually in many places. The bar probably isn't even made now.

Ugh! This is driving me nuts. The memory of them is so vivid, but so vague at the same time.

Anyone know of something like I'm describing?

Not a candy bar, but Dove Dark Chocolates rate right up there, too.

    I never met a candy bar I didn't like.

My fav as of late is the big Wal-Mart Belgian chocolate with hazelnuts. They used to be $1. Last time I saw (and didn't buy) them they were around $1.40

The best bang for the buck is that huge Austrian milk chocolate bar with almonds (yellow wrapper) that they sell at Aldi. $1.79 or thereabouts. :eat:
