Mine is chicken & dumplings (in a heavy gravy) and home-made mac and cheese with bread crumbs sprinkled on top and baked for just a few minutes to make it crunchy!

What ever I'm eating at the time...

That started out as a joke but I think it might be true...

    I eat well...

Either I cook something myself, like a stew with large chunks of flavorful soft meat (dipped in Dijon),
or Spaghetti with hot Italian sausage, or roast chicken with rosemary, grilled onion chunks
and sweet/soft roasted whole garlic cloves, or I go to a favorite restaurant where I get something I love...
    Ribs, Chinese buffet, Lasagne, Pancakes...

    All comfort foods...

MMMMmmmmmm, pan fried cube steak, mashed 'taters, gravy & sweet corn.
    MMMMMmmmmmm

(I put the cube steak between 2 sheets of waxed paper and pound it out with seasoned flour. Makes it nice and tender, can cut it with a fork.....)

Really easy, spaghetti with Campbells tomato & cheese. Although
mushroom soup will do in a pinch.
