I went to a web site I found accidentaly (http://ssdi.genealogy.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/ssdi.cgi)and it was useful in finding info on deceased relatives however when I've browsed a few pages and use back on my browser (Windows 2000 pro)it gives me this warning and of course I can't continue without closing it out. Irratating!

Can somebody please tell me how/if I can stop this from popping up.

    Thank you.

The webpage uses ActiveX to display some things.ActiveX can be a security risk and you have your security settings set to disable ActiveX which is fine unless there's something on the webpage you need that uses it.If you are sure the website is safe you can reduce your security settings for that one webpage but you may want to reset back to higher security afterwards. This is a bit of bother though. It's up to you how high you want your security. You can set separate settings but need to know what you are doing. You likely are set on "high security" and can set it to "medium" without being too risky and ActiveX will likely work.
