I've got to play w/ some settings, but I can't remember the ip address. It's something like 192.168.????. Is it a standard number?

If you are connected open a command window and type:

    ipconfig /all

The Default Gateway is your router IP.

    Typically it's 192.168.1.1
    Sometimes it's 192.168.1.100

    But check with ipconfig ;)

You can ‘pathping’ or ‘tracert’ to a commercial URL (i.e., “pathping whitehouse.gov") and that will show you the IP of all the hops along the way, to include your router.

do an ipconfig in a command window on a system that is only connected to your wireless router.. it will be the "Default Gateway" ip address..
