Today's nominee is the Bacon Bonanza. I do like the idea of it keeping the bacon straight but it's main selling point is less "less fat and calories". Really ? I highly doubt it. Frying bacon in a pan most of the grease is left in the pan anyway and you put it on paper towels that soak up any extra. Plus, everyone knows bacon splatters, which would make quite a mess inside your oven. Not to mention that if you're concerned about calories and fat you probably shouldn't be eating bacon to begin with. I think I'll not waste my money and stick with pan frying with a screen on top.
