Would like a few recommendations on books about Texas History. Just moved here two years ago from the Socialist Republic Of California. Sure do like the people in Texas and the State. But have to admit the weather is not Calif. First summer here was really hard to adjust to. This year easier. Thanks, in advance for any recommendations.
