it's nothing fancy but I just tried the regular Kraft Honey BBQ sauce and I really liked it. It's sweet with a little bit of spicy flavor. I really like that combo.

The sauce isn't really that crtical for real BBQ, since it's the cooking/smoking process that makes the meat.

However, as sauces go, I like North Carolina style best - vinegar and spices. I don't know how easy that is to buy, however, and I've never tried it on beef. (why would I?)

I've never tried a Carolina style "sauce" as a grilling sauce, so for that I might choose a bourbon sauce, like Wild Turkey BBQ sauce.

Homemade. Just start mixing up the various ingredients and come up with your own favorite blend. Just remember to write down the amounts so you can reproduce it.

For commercial sauce, Sweet Baby Ray's.

This is my number one pick for commercial bbq sauce.

A local Restaurant has a dam good one too but you can't order it.

Stubbs is good too if I can't find the others
