Or for our friends on the east coast, what was for lunch today?

I'm having thin sliced roast beef with swiss on Jewish Rye with light mayo, Inglehoffer's spicy hot mustard and a glass of milk.

    How bout you?

A big chunk of pure lard with a ton of salt on it.

But to keep it healthy I'm making it organic lard with natural sea salt that looks brown and dirty.

Man, I'd love to do that! Hot dogs kill my head. Migraines from hell.

I had broccoli salad...and came home to eat a can of Progresso chicken noodle soup at 5.

I've not had Taco Bell in twenty years. Do they still have the cinnamon twists?

I had shredded beef tamales Monday. We made a double batch this weekend.
