    Wife made a killer dinner last night I can't wait to re-heat:

    Fresh green pepper stuffed with spicy ground beef, black beans, onions, jalapenos and grated cheese.

    And a big glass of iced tea

    I smoked some Flanken style beef ribs and thin sliced pork chops that I picked up at the local Mexican Carneceria over hickory chips and charcoal last night. Ive got left overs. :cool:
