Whats for dinner ?

    for me its

    1.5 cup rice,

    1 can large spicy chilly with beans

    1/2 large onion

    bit of shredded cheddar

    and a couple chunks of bbq beef thrown on top,

    best part is its fairly healthy,

    along with cheap, probably 25 cents for the rice, 25 cents for the beef, 50 cents for the onion, and 1 dollar for the chilly, and this will feed myself for dinner, and my girlfriend tomorow at work,

    and the healthy is probably 600 calories for the rice, maybe 1000 calories for the chilly, doubt an onion has anything, maybe 100, and the cheese another 100,

    well just finished my bowl of the slop .. dam was it spicy, i think my temperature has raised a few degrees, surpisingly for a can of food, that chilli was something else, and im one that eats jalapeno's slices like potato chips ..

    Shells stuffed with Italian sausage and cheese. Garlic bread...and then some cold milk to wash it all down.
