Can you rewatch them? I've watched many Oscar winners that I think are great and I will never watch them again. I could watch some of them every week and never get bored.

It's a mixed bag. I just saw Langoliers on youtube and I don't have time to watch all of it.

I'll probably rewatch down periscope next. Sit on it and rotate, sir.

There are a few for me which never get old.

    The Professionals (1966)
Bad Day at Black Rock (1955)
...and, of course, Die Hard on Christmas Eve.

I think Die Hard and Jaws were amazing and I will always watch them. The third installments of both were great, but I'd have to be really bored.

The Shining was good for lots of reasons, but I have no interest in watching it again. It's boring.

I miss the movie with John Wayne right after d-day. Not coming to me.

I've seen Tremors about twenty times. I guess, to me, that makes it a great movie.

3 good scenes, no bad scenes...

    .....Stanley Kubrick

    .....now that I think of it......Collateral qualifies........cant think of a bad scene.....even tho I want to........HEAT fails....

The Abyss... real shame here...... like 7 good scenes.....but at least 1 bad.....

....intake that back Collateral has at least 1 bad scene...

....so to answer your question .......Apocalypto......thank you, drive through....

....I take that back......the wasps scene was bad......bad cgi.....and THOSE guys woulda shrugged that stuff right off...

......Dog day afternoon is my new answer.....

Aliens is a good example. Alien was great, but I don't care enough to watch it again. Aliens was better and obviously more watchable based on what shows up on TV.

I like every one one of the films you listed except one. I think Mel Brooks is annoying except for....

Very subjective. What I love in a movie, you might dislike. There are many movies that I could watch monthly for rest of my life.

I like the movie "Last Of The Mohicans",. But then I like movies where everyone is shooting flintlock rifles.

I don't know what you're talking about, but that's what I am asking. What makes a good movie to you? Alien is brilliant. I'd rather watch Aliens.

Let them rip. That's 98% why I started this. I've watched blues brothers over 20 times. Whatever. I'm hoping we can just talk about movies or tv without crap. I know.

End of Watch is a movie I have seen many times. It's on Netflix again, and I watched it the other day. I will watch it again.

My tolerance for re-watching movies has gone down significantly over time. Here are a few I think I will re-watch many more times before I tire of them.

    Kelly's Heroes
    Enemy at the Gates
    Master and Commander
    Dredd
