I saw a 10 year old kid do something like that with a scoped .44 mag TC Contender once. He didn't lock his elbows.
If this guy would have locked his elbows there is no way he could have done that. (unless that mark is from the front sight, with the gun rotating in his hands 180 degrees, in that case I'd think it would have made more of a cut)
I took from the description that the pistol was already recoiling when the second barrel went off.
it's still gotta hurt.
Where did the guy get the thing? or did he make it himself out of a double barrel .410?

Good God! That looks like something a friend of mine would like!
He has a TC Contender with a 45/70 barrel. I loaded him up some max loads for a strong action. It was very painful to shoot!
