What sites do you visit where you don't discuss the focus of the site?

OK, I own a Glock and found this site years ago when ... I don't remember why.

Two things I've noticed ... the majority of threads that pop up on 'new posts' aren't about Glocks

I post more about non Glock issues.

So, where do you post to a lot but the posts are not about the focus of the site?

I'm also Glockless but love the OC and been visiting the black rifle forum lately.

I actually discuss guns 10x more on non gun venues because everyone here agrees with me and there isn't much to say other than to loudly agree with each other about the second amendment.

So, shall we vehemently and loudly discuss the third amendment?

Then once we all agree, on to the seventh?

I'm here for the ambience .

PPppppffffftttttt....'snerk'.....couldn't keep a straight face, sorry.

( honest, lots more than just G-Talk going on at the various forums here, info is traded endlessly, and some is entertaining, some is very serious and needed advice, about most ANY thing. I like that Eric makes us behave, too. )

To answer the thread, though, none I can think of, oh. wait, that dwarf site, yeah, that one.

Eh, there are some places where it's fun and educational to be challenged. I'm challenged here a lot, just not generally about the second amendment. I also come here to loudly agree with the libertarians about government :grouphug: although there's plenty of neocons here to disagree.

Generally when I disagree it's because it's something im passionate about. Arguing here and other places helps me hone my skills for real world encounters. I've even flipped quite a few anti gunner Libs. I don't generally go on facebook except for a few private pages like my book discussion group. When I wander into GenPop I inevitably end up tangling with some anti gunner. But it's sometimes nice to go somewhere that people shout each other down with "YES! I COULDNT AGREE MORE"

Something I try to convince young'uns of is that discussions imply sharing of knowledge in pursuit of the truth; arguments imply a winner. That it is important to recognize when one is being manipulated, when one is being persuaded and when one is being convinced.

They usually nod once or twice before returning to the endless practice of pointless argument about the meaningless.

So, how about them Cardinals?

I don't have to answer the question about why I am here or where I post.
Am I being detained? Am I free to go?

The 19th one is the one we should be questioning.

I loved the man show episode where they had a petition booth for ending women's suffrage. Lots were glad to sign it.

I tried them all on for you. A little tight in the crotch.

But, when I was fighting the grizzly bears, they held up pretty good.

    Sorry about the stains.
