It's raining in SoCal, but to heck with it, we're grillin'.

I got a grill, and nothin' else. No matter what you suggest will require a trip to the grocery store, so I'm open to ideas.

#1 - Can't be too involved. I don't wanna buy six different spices and 12 different veggies to make one meal.

#2 - No basics. No burgers, no steak, no hot dogs, or sausages. I wanna do somethin' different today!

    Any ideas?

No, I mean if it includes steak or ground beef that's fine, but I don't want basic steak or burgers. They can be included as ingredients in something more interesting :wavey:

I grilled some lamb chops for my wife and I on Valentines day that were outta sight.

Not a lot of prep required, little garlic, rosemary, cayenne, thyme, & olive oil. Throw it all in a ziploc for a few hours, then slap it on the grill.

    Cheers...

I vote for ribs. If it wasn't so windy here I was going to smoke a pork loin, and make BBQ out of it.

Pm me if you need an easy rib recipe.

Sorry boys, no possibility for smoking today.

How should I prepare jumbo prawns? That sounds promising.
