    It is good on meats

I like to put it on bread before adding the mayo to a sandwich.

Probably even be good on ice cream.

I have been using it for about a year...I like it on Roast Beef, especially in winter Months, when food seems kind of bland..Good product...

Sounds great! Have to try it.

I made my own Chipolte sauce this weekend:

1 can Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce
    [IMG]

    3 or 4 roma tomatos
    [IMG]

8 cloves garlic cut into quarters
    [IMG]

a little water and some salt and pepper.

Cooked in a frying pan until the peppers fall apart. (a lot of moisture boils off also)

Then dump the mixture in a blender or food processor
    [IMG]

The result is a wonderful sauce/salsa/??? which only people with strong stomachs and mouths can handle!!!

Huy Fong Sriracha (Rooster sauce) is still my favorite.

Followed closely by Melinda's XXXXtra Reserve.

I have a bottle of Sriracha sauce in the Fridge, I like it a lot...It used to only be available in Orential grocery stores...but the last I bought I got at Walmart, in the Hot Sauce section....Who would have thought that ?? Check it out the next time you go to Wally World....It is addictive..

    Sriracha and Melinda's rock.
I'm not a huge fan of Chipotle sauces. They are so bitter. The Buffalo Chipotle is by far the worst of them all.
I like dried chipotles ground in my meat rubs though... hold off on the jokes there you knuckleheads!

It's funny you should bring up Buffalo Chipotle. I take a bottle of that and 2 packages of (thawed) frozen raspberries and and blend into a sauce/marinade for chicken. Sweet, smokey, and just a little hot.

    Mmmm...

I love my Habenero Tabasco on my eggs in the morning. Actually, I love the stuff on just about anything!
