If you were a meal or a specific dish, what would you be?
Beef, a great big thick Porterhouse. I grew up in cattle country.
King Pao Guy Ding, with a cold Sing Ha
I chose surf and turf because I can still make tacos.
A Saint Elmos steak, best I ever had.And Japanese food.
Breakfast: Two fried eggs with corned beef hash and home fries.
Lunch: Pastrami & Swiss on rye with mustard.
Dinner: NY Strip Steak on the grill with whatever.
In between: Tab of Crestor

Fried Chicken, fired potato's, corn bread, corn on the cob.
Another one from cattle country here. I keep a side of beef in the deep freeze so lots of tacos, burgers, roasts, steak, etc. I've been spotted on more than one occasion standing in front of my grill in the middle of a blizzard grilling steaks!
Steak and potatoes. You get what you see.
Cheesecake- Because I'm so sweet and girls love me!
Can't pick one, but I never tire of rare beef. Some pics of food I have prepared.

I make a mean buttermilk biscuit with sawmill gravy.
