Huh, that is cool indeed. Not sure it's for me though.
Blatant Emerson patent infringement.
Hows that? Cold Steel has may models similar set-ups. Maybe because it's a modification, idk.
While I have and really like a few Cold Steel models (Code4 and Broken Skull), citing them does little to refute my argument. CS walks the line of impropriety at times. At least in their iterations the "wave" is a legitimate thumb perch, whereas the aftermarket item in question is a blatant "wave feature" ripoff.
I have no skin in the game. But we live in a litigious society, anybody can sue anybody. Someone will win, collecting is a different matter. the lawyers never lose, however.
Totally agree, and frankly my thoughts are much more about what is right/wrong vs legal/illegal.
no argument from me...

Oh sure, post a knife pic on a knife thread. We were on a roll with boycotts and you come spoil it. Thanks.

Been carrying the UTX-85 the past week and a half. Nice knife, but I actually prefer my other edc knives with either thumb studs or spydie hole. Might end up selling it, but it is a well built knife and my only OTF. Definitely a fun fidget factor tho
