Sig 320 M17 gets my vote.. followed by the CZ P10C
Sig P320 X-Five with Gray Guns competition trigger kit. Without aftermarket parts, still probably the P320 X-Five.
Not even close: HK P7M8 and P7M13.
Perhaps my Glock 23. Within the realm of striker fired pistols I have owned, I shoot it the most accurately, even better than the M17 I owned. Suprisingly enough. Maybe not the smoothest or best pull weight, but when it comes to rounds on target, the totality of the Glock 23 I've got is hands down the best one.
If we are talking right out of the box with no modifications, the P10C gets another vote. The M&P 2.0 Compact is a close second for me.
My fav is my M&P 2.0 .45
Out of production - HK P7
Current production - Sig P320 X-Five Legion
It's the only one I've ever shot!
Out of the box the HK VP9, & Beretta APX tied.
Salient Strike One
I think I own five striker fired pistols. Two Glocks, two Caniks, and one Springfield XDm. I think the one I shoot the best is the Canik TP9SF Elite. It has a smooth trigger and I am starting to REALLY like Caniks.

The M&P 9mm 2.0 FS is a flat shooter with a decent break.
Walther PPQ 9mm, M&P 9mm.
