I recentley acquired a new G39 and have been looking at the various plugs that are available. Is there a best plug among the many choices available?

I bought a Jentra plug on someone else's recommendation. It's been good in my G19. I have just acquired G19 RTF2, and will be buying another plug for it.

I have Glockmeister and have no issues. Not saying their the best, their the only one I have tried. I like them. Anyone have the opportunity to compare them to any other brands?

I think the one on my 27 is a Jentra....its been in use for years...........all my others are the Glockmeister/Deep Comp 6.

They fit perfectly and provide a nice angle the butt area that contours quite well to the lines of the pistol.

    Only ones I have used.

I've tried both Scherer and Pearce. Of the two I prefer the Pearce.

Isn't there a plug made in Israel that fits flush? I thought all of the other ones stick out a bit?

I have 1 plug on my Glocks, a Jentra. It works fine. That said, I find the plug to be the second most useless device ever made for a Glock(first being a Saf-T-Blok). I don't have one on my Glock 23, and several of my other Glocks, and none of them have an issue w/ getting crap in the backstrap channel.

There is a member in the for sale section that sells a great flush fitting plug. I would buy one from again in a heartbeat. I got one for my G19 and G23 and the fit was awesome.

The Jentra JP-2 fits flush with sub compact models. Works great for my 26.

Since it serves no real purpose, buy what you can get at the best price and you can't go wrong. I'm not aware of any bad ones out there, but since they don't really do anything, I guess it's not hard to be successful in the plug performance market. Good luck whatever you choose!

I got mine from Lone Wolf Dist, and it fits flush. Nothing to compare it to, so I can't say it's best, though...

I have a Jentra for my G21 SF, but did a Sunset Insert plug for my 23. I like it a lot. It holds my sight adjustment tool. But what I like best is it rounds out the bottom of the grip, making it flush with the posterior side of the magazine and making it look great. I'm not sure there's one for the G39. There isn't one for my 21 SF, or I'd have one for it.

Butt plugs a waste of time your money.

No need and could cause a problem.

Order a really good:embarassed: holster. Raven.

I have 3 Lone Wolfs and 1 Scherer. I like the Lone Wolfs because they fit flush.

Not a waste of time or money if it keeps crap out.

Name one problem that they could cause..
