Mine would be a certain Persian mauser that was primo......a couple VEPRs....and a cherry yugo M48. Don't remember what I did with the money either, but oh well. Hopefully I can make better decisions in the future and limit my regrets to just these.......

I had an HK94A2 and a beautiful Valmet M78 in 7.62 Nato that I had to sell years ago.
A 2nd Gen Colt SAA .45LC that had never been fired also haunts me.

Colt Officers ACP, had less than 100 rds. through it.
It went for a song too. I was young & needed cash.
I still have nightmares about it.

Everyone regrets selling their guns unless their guns are crap.

Haven't regretted one single sale, only the buy. Really wish I could have rented a few of these first.

    CZ 52
    CZ 40P
    Ruger 22/45's
    XD9
    SP101 (sure was pretty though)
    SKS
    NEF 20ga
    Benelli Nova 20ga
    KelTec P11 (soon)

I really think things through though. If the gun just sits around getting no use whatsoever and isn't an heirloom, it gets sold.

No regrets here either. I have a couple favorites but selling any of them wouldn't break my heart. I sometimes wonder why I need more than just a few.

An early TC Contender in .22 hornet with an octagon barrel. I had made a grip and forend from some left over exhibition grade claro walnut and they came out great. The forend ran to the muzzle and I managed to bring the rear edges back to cover the hinge pin without the wood breaking. The sides were only about 1/8" thick. The grip fit my hand perfectly. Got trading fever and traded for a 10" Superblackhawk which I traded off without ever firing. Idiot.

I don't know if I "regret it" or not. I really hadn't even thought about the gun for years until it came up in a conversation a few days ago, but I had a BEAUTIFUL 20 ga, side by side shotgun years ago. It was made by AyA of Spain for Sears and Roebuck. I paid $199.00 for that gun back in the late 70's I guess. Beautiful blueing, case hardened frame, all the screws were properly indexed (all lined up pointing the same direction), walnut stock with real checkering (most guns I was used to had no, or pressed checkering back then), 28" barrels choked full and mod, double triggers, locked up as tight as a bank vault. If I remember correctly, there was even a little light engraving around the chambers (3"), nothing fancy, just a little.

Man that was a nice gun.

I traded it off like an idiot.
