I used to spend time choosing eyewear for shooting and other purposes and I have owned and lost some (yikes !) expensive sunglasses in the past.

Today I tend to keep the cheapest that will do the job.

Why ?

Because whatever you do eyewear tend to break and get scratched and get lost and I just don't see myself keep spending money again and again.

I have owned and lost two Rayban's and a Smith. I still have one Rayban that I don't use. My Maui Jim's nosepiece broke and I'm too lazy to send it for repair.

There are two Rudy projects somewhere in the house I don't use. And yes, one is a Kerosene.

I got a freebee Silencio that I use these days. Otherwise I use a $20 Spy that I saw on sale for work.

+1 Had mine for 2 years na. You can order additional lenses in Crimson Red, Yellow Rust and the Lunar Blue online if you want to change it into fashionable sunglasses with same high impact polycarbonate lenses that meet and exceed the US military ballistic impact requirements. Costs around 2k for each set of lenses.

I bought my extra lenses thru this website. They accept VISA and shipping to the Philippines is around $20 to $25 by way of USPS Global Priority Mail.

These Advancer V-12 goggles are way cool.. Sana meron adapter para puwede masuot parang sunglasses lang.
