What is it about the glock that makes it the best selling handgun ever.
The capacity to weight ratio and the reliability.
its a glock and you can throw it out of a airplane and your good to go.
reliability, light weight, size to capacity ratio, and the trigger..... oh that sweet trigger.
The capacity to weight ratio and the reliability
And no Bulky external safety's
You can get replacement parts fast. No need to send it in like other makers.
They put the R in Reliability
i like that it's not super bulky, nice and light weight, track record, price and the looks of it.
and i love how easy it is to work on
Quality, Reliability and Value! The Quality is apparent as soon as you put your hands on it. It's reliability is legendary and best of all are the prices. Even if you paid "to much" I believe that all Glocks are terrific value for the money.
The 3 R's....Reliability, reliability, reliability.
Also, durability, ease of use, proven weapon.
I like the sound they make when you close the slide over a fresh magazine..ahhh, yes indeed
the availability of parts both factory and after market.
Low maintenance for the win. I like the reasonable price, the light weight, the high-capacity, the reliability, and the smooth contours that don't gouge me when carried IWB. The low cost of magazines and other spare parts is a plus also.
What I really like the best about glocks is the tenifer metal treatment - between the polymer and tenifer I can carry it IWB day in and day out and not have to be worried at all about rust. And this is coming from a guy who made a stainless SP101 start to rust in about a month...
All of the above and I'll add, the forums dedicated to them don't start out with threads reading "so I took my Glock to the range today and I didn't have the FTF, FTE, that so many talked about...
Like I tell my son, they are almost boringly reliable.
Simplicity. Reliability. Accuracy.
Most reliable gun for under or around $500.
