Yes this is inspired by the "Everyday Items You **HATE** To Buy" thread.

What are things around the house that you just hate doing(and why), but know you can't go without doing.

For me is is Laundry and Dishes, with Laundry being by far my number one hated thing to do.
I love a sense of accomplishment, and these are the 2 items that I never get that feeling from, because they Never Ever End! No matter how often I do it, I just always have more laundry sitting there waiting to be washed. I hate it! :steamed:

Reminding my two boys to stop bickering. I am not home enough to listen to them complain and whine. I'll be glad when spring break is over and things can get back to normal. I wonder if me and my brother drove our parents crazy???????

I don't mind anything other than cleaning terlits. Laundry. Cooking. Housekeeping. I don't mind it.

Maybe that means I don't do it well. Or often.

There are a lot of chores that were done by my wife while she was alive that fall onto me now. If I had to single out just one that I hate above all, it would be dusting. It's a real pain to remove and replace all the knick-knacks from tables, shelves, and countertops.

With me its cooking. I hate cooking with a passion. Thou oddly people say I'm a great cook all the time.

Id rather not ever cook, but its easier to eat healthy and cheaply if you cook at home.

Speaking of cleaning. I also really hate to clean the bathroom.

Its such a small space and all the bathroom chemicals are so harsh they burn my lungs after a short time. That little exhaust fan just dosent cut it.

I've been known to use a millitary surplus gas mask to do it before.

Edging, since you can't hold a beer like you can when riding the tractor. By the time I get to the weedwhacker, I'm a menace to anything withing 50'...including myself. HH

Fixing household plumbing. No other job is as dirty, nasty, and unrewarding.
Cooking, laundry, even the dishes - no problemo.
