I was at SAR and walking back to my truck, I saw the car I really wanted, a Toyota Supra. Man! I wanted that car something fierce.

A 2nd generation Mitsubishi eclipse GSX. All wheel drive, turbo. It was my dream car. Sometimes I still want one just for nostalgic reasons.

Anything with wheels that would run and was reliable. First one was a 1946 Desoto.

I will admit I really liked the 57 Chevy, but we were to poor to own one. And today I wouldn't want one, even if I could afford a restored one.

I have a friend who restores those old cars to like new showroom condition. But if you have to ask the price, you can't afford it. Several of his restorations have been sold to collectors in other countries. He's that good.

My first car was a 57 VW Ragtop Sunroof. I bought it with a broken engine (dropped a valve), rebuilt it and just as I was finishing the overhaul, a friend with an MGA that really wanted the VW suggested we trade, so I traded him for his MGA.

I totaled it maybe 2 weeks after taking possession. Damn near killed me and my friend Kerry.

Mine was BRG with black interior.

Here is different one but close.

Porsche 911. Fell in love with it when one came into our gas station when I was a kid.
