    I'm trying to decide between a $350 Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22 Sport .22lr, or a Troy A4 "Other" AR 9mm for $1,100.

One is a cheaper option for sure.

Let us know how the grip works out.
I bought a Z6 for my wife and a D850 for me. I already have a grip for the 850, but it wasn't available for the Z yet.

Indeed it might. However, our favorite MI6 Agent also likes Talisker Scotch, and I prefer that, instead.
Interestingly enough, I happen to own one of theses:
    4384fc33caf62a6fb05b63da6a395862.jpg

!968 Walther PPK in .32 ACP. And it is not an Import gun, it has no import stamps on it anywhere. Probably a bring back by someone from Germany. In almost new shape, too. Found it in a Pawn shop, and they did not know what they had. $500 out the door. Lucky me, and I usually have no luck.:D
    BtW, generic photo, not mine.

I bought myself a SilencerCo Omega 9K and Gemtech Aurora 2 for myself for Christmas. I’m building my son an AR in .458 Socom as his combined bday/xmas present. Maybe his present next year will be a suppressor the for 458.

Don't know about Christmas but today is my birthday and my wife and I put in and got me a nice used S&W 686-6 Plus 3". Started reloading again, some wad cutters for the LCR 38 and decided it needed a big brother. 20191122_145258.jpg

Already did it... Signed up and went to one of the Rangemaster combative pistol courses a couple of months ago, and found it well worthwhile.

Ammo and reloading supplies for the calibers I reload.

Buying guns is the fun part, but I’m critically low on my ammo stash in several calibers. Especially .223 and 7.62x39 and .38spl.

I’ve bought a dozen guns this year and have neglected my ammo cache.

I bought a new-to-me Ruger Mark IV Target upper. That will give me the option of using either the 22/45 Lite upper or this target upper. Over the next year or so, I'll get it threaded, & put some sights on it. I had to promise Mrs. McGee that I'd act surprised.
