What are you an expert at? We have started half a dozen expert forums (the 3rd section on the main forums page), but Eric wants to expand this greatly. We are looking for experts in professions that are related to the firearms industry, as well as, just about anything else. As with all things in the lounge, people will have a lot of fun with the thread; however, if you feel that you are truly an expert in your chosen profession and would like to get involved in the Experts forums, please P.M. me.

That was my first thought when I saw this thread. However, I put off posting about it until now, so I guess that makes me better at it than you.

Mark me down for drinkin' beer and smokin' cigarettes.

I'm the only one here professional enough to do it.

You don't even want to know. My family constantly makes fun of me for it, but it pays the bills as embarrassing as it is.

I know a good bit about guns but wouldn't say I'm close to beng an expert.

I guess on the basis of piloting aircraft for fifty years and 22,000 hours, while never seriously hurting a passenger, myself, or an aircraft, I could be called an expert but I'm not sure that's the right word.
Lucky might be a better word.:)

22k hours is 2.5 years in the air. That's not 8 hours/day for 2.5 years; that's 2.5 years 24/7. I think "expert," particularly given your track record, is appropriate.

According to the Army, it would be shooting little green plastic men with the M16A2, M4A1, and M9. And throwing fake grenades at same.

Doesn't help me much though :tongueout:
