What are some good recipies for ground turkey?

    What are some good recipies for ground turkey?

    I know very little about using it, and am curious :)

    I use it in most anyplace you could use ground beef.
    Not always mind you as sometimes it just isnt the same. But its close.

    Use it in chili.
    Use it with ground beef in meatloaf; half/half.
    Remember, ground turkey has no fat to speak of.
    Keep that in mind when cooking.

    It's good with spagetti. Also good as a turkey burger if you don't make it too thick. You can do taco's with it.

    I make turkey chili too but add beef broth for flavor.
    Sorry, but ground turkey seems tasteless to me.
    A lot of ground chili powder from New Mexico seems to help with flavor. I buy the powder that adds flavor and not heat like cayenne.

    Wife can't eat pork and I used it in an italian sausage recipe. It's a little more dry that pork, but it tasted great on pizza.
