    It's a good one to know... another one (not officially, of course) I've heard used when consulting the hospital is "FUBAR". "Paramedic 35 to trauma, coming in Priority 1 with a multi-system trauma, multiple GSWs to facial area and abdomen. Pt. is FUBAR, ETA 15 minutes". Pretty much lets 'em know our patient is circling the drain, we really don't have time to play 20 questions, and have the trauma team ready for us when we arrive. I personally don't use the term as being somewhat out in the sticks I call for a helicopter if I have a patient in that condition, but a lot of the inner-city guys use it.
