I’m torn between gin and tonic and hard grape soda.

for some reason those seem like they’d help with cough and hydration

    What will you be drinking?

I'm not a particularly big drinker, but I have about 8-10 bottles of whisky in the house that would more than get me by. I might could even use it for barter if I had to.

Whisky will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no whisky. (With due respect to the Freak Brothers.)

There is one thing that goes with this Coronavirus, and that’s Lyme disease. That’s what I’m having.

So, the grocery store is closed? I'm supposed to stay in the house?

    I don't get it.

In anticipation of a government mandated quarantine or should it get so dicey you quarantine yourself, I want to know what drinks you might hoard to get you through

assuming it’s going to get boring watching Netflix, sooner or later a guys gonna need to toss a few back

Sigh . . . How long do you think I need to stock up for? Will I have to drink my Martinis unchilled? Warm beer?

At least I’ve got a couple more months of natural chilling here.

Quarantine from what? I already work from home.

You're envisioning that I can't go out for a run? Can't go to the range?

those are all considerations I was hoping to have people comment on.
If we have power, beer is good
If we don’t have power and no ice, something you can drink at room temperature

Should I need to shoot a bunch of zombie raiders, clearly whisky is the answer

You are stuck in your home for 30 days and you might have mild flu symptoms. You cannot leave. What would you want?
