They were never made with stainless steel
I love the HK P7 as well. However, here's another cool one that I've always loved.
I've always been partial to the Smith and Wesson Model 39-2. Best looking 9mm ever IMHO.
Sorry. No pictures. Maybe Bac has one he can loan me.
Those are cool
I should have kept mine...
For elegance....... Luger.
For pure "bad assery".... Walther P-38.
MY carry would be a BUL SAS II Viper .
A Cabots Vintage Classic Commander for finer carry and shooting
I love looking at Cabot guns and if the guns their pistol team uses are any example, they make some great 1911's, but I'm not sure any 1911 for actual use is worth what they charge.
I was in the match when Jon Shue won the national championship the year before last. Cabot says, "To win, Shue uses a Cabot Guns limited-edition Jones Deluxe Bullseye 1911 hand crafted by Cabot Guns." I'm not 100% sure that's actually what he used and he certainly did some work on it, if he did (for one thing, we can rest assured he didn't win with iron sights), but it's a pretty awesome gun. https://www.gunsweek.com/en/pistols/news/team-cabot-guns-jon-shue-2018-national-pistol-champion
At the end of the story, "Over the past seven years, four National Pistol Championships have been won using a Cabot 1911."
P 35 Hi Power
In that order
Bren Yea your right about price . Those cabots are nice pistol but they do cost and you know there bullseye pistols are built to even higher specs .
Reality is I have not use for a cabots but it is a cooling pistol and I'm fine with my lw commander 04840WC I got for a bargain price thanks to a local GS owner and its nice looking too .
Yeah. I never owned one, but I shot about a hundred rounds through one back in the last 70's. I've loved that pistol ever since.
As far as cool looks, I have to go with the green dragoon on the ASP. Certainly I admire Lugers, Hi Powers, and P210s. The ASP just had a high cool factor, regardless of whether you thought the sight practical. I checked into getting one, but they had just stopped. Hard to believe, but I think back then ( 80’s) it was around $400 on your M39. Way above my pay grade now.
You bent the rules to pull in the shorter 9mm, and it is one of my favorites. Here is mine:
If I have to choose a 9mm in the 19mm flavor, some beauties have been posted that I cannot top. So I will just post the prettiest gun that I have, which is a SIG 226ST(not of fine German or Swiss history, but certainly a nice gun, and crazy solid).
So many pretty ones for sure.... this one just looks cooler than your run of the mill glock... not sure why?
It is hard to vote against the Alien as a very cool gun! It oozes visual "cool".
Yeah I look forward to picking mine up.
Since everyone has taken the obvious choices, here a couple that aren't...
Clairidge Hi-Tec/Goncz GA
Not exactly a B76. That's one of the sporting variants. The B76 is on the left below.
Nickle plated? It does dress up the Tokarev.
