My mother-in-law told me how her dad was glued to the TV the past couple of days watching the healthcare debate. He's 90 years old, sharp as a tack and a veteran of the Pacific and Korea. She later said how upset he was over the outcome. I could not help but feel ashamed and embarrassed, after watching the Pacific on HBO and seeing what these guys did to preserve their/our liberty, freedoms and way of life and then contrasting that to the ***** hats in washington who are doing everything they can to destroy our liberties, freedoms and way of life. I can't help but feel that some of these old guys would not have done what they did if they knew what America was to become and I can't blame them if they do. I wonder how many of America's bravest buried at Normandy or in the Pacific would feel about giving the ultimate sacrifice so a Kenyan could one day enslave us and make us all buy a product from a private company under threat of imprisonment of how they would feel knowing the next step is to make all illegals legal just to maintain the pinkos power. How does everyone else feel? Were the lives of our greatest wasted only in an effort to delay what has become the inevitable enslavement by a totalitarian government, in this case the democrats?
