Well, Friday I got the call. I'm starting the transition to a new chapter in life. This Friday, I turn in my credentials and leave law enforcement. I start working in EMS on Monday, for a large, busy, metropolitan agency. Over the last few months/year, I've come to realize that I don't want to spend the rest of my working life behind the fence. I always had an interest in EMS work, and I put myself into an EMT course at the first of the year. I've also been working event first aid for about a year now, part-time, and I think I found it. What I enjoy, and can see myself doing for the rest of my career. So, here it goes!
