well im gonna try grilling a 2-3 pound roast up for dinner tonight, rib eye roast

im just experementing, so i gave it a little bit of a honey glaze and then threw the spices on top, and let it sit all day and then just singed the edges in a skillet with some olive oil just to get a little crust, now im going to go throw it on some charcoal, let it cook for a bit and then dig in..

the roast was perfect, best i have had, the honey glaze with garlic / cayenne / tuscan blend spice rub was to die for,

i have already eaten the two end caps and am going to take another slice to my girlfriend at work .. and then its one slice or two left :(

Pork or beef roasts, whole chickens, turkey breasts. Don't be afraid to throw them on the grill. It will be great. Microwave a couple potatoes for 2 minutes, slice them in half, a little butter and a lot of garlic and pepper, throw them on the grill, too. Be a man! Burn it up!
