I just finished up a Winchester Model 67 that my Dad had as a boy, and now I’m going to do and old Remington pump .22 that my Grandpa had.

Before anyone protests too much, this old pump has been in the family for nearly 90 years, and will likely be in the family for at least another 50. Additionally, Dad (now 85) was pleased with the results on the old bolt action, and encouraged me to go ahead on the pump.

Stay tuned. I have a pretty funny story behind that Remington .22 as it help guard the chicken house more than just a few years ago.

I have that gun as well, though it's missing several parts. Good luck with your restoration

First gun I ever shot was a Winchester 67. Great rifle to learn on. You did a great job bringing it back to life.

Nice wood on the old bolt action, highly unlikely you'd ever see that grade of wood on a comparable bolt sold these days. Don

Oh my gosh, this little Winchester really surprised me. It’s so much more beautiful in person, but here’s another shot that really shows it off.

I have the old single shot Remington my brothers and I grew up shooting. A 510A Targetmaster, my father paid 8 dollars for it in the 40s. I think I might be the only one who ever cleaned it. LOL.
