I received the following spam/phishing email. It is very weird. It is so weird how could the perps actually think anyone would believe it. The letters of each word are so jumbled that some words just don't make sense. I can't figure out if there is some kind of UTF or other encoding error going on. Comments?

Notice that the first and last letters of each word are intact.

It has been shown that people read mostly by glancing at the first and last letters of each word, so words written like that are still readable.

Why the sender thought you would fall for the scam is beyond me.
