In May, I started going to Curves. 30 seconds on a resistance machine and then 30 seconds on a recovery station doing various aerobics. 2 rotations for a total of a 30 minute workout. Then about 5 minutes of stretching. I go 3 times a week. My clothes are getting very loose and I even had to get rid of 2 shirts as they were just way too baggy. I get weighed in and measured once a month. Last month I only lost 1 inch and no weight. But this month I lost 5 pounds and 7 inches. I've lost a total of 20 inches and 14 pounds since May. Very exciting!
