    I also have been looking at them. While I have no actual experience with them, I did a little research and found out that if you wanted a spare barrel (26 or 28") you would have to send the gun back to Weatherby to have them headspace the barrel.

    I haven't shot one but was handling one recently at a LGS in 20 gauge. I liked the way it shouldered and it felt good, have been debating about getting once ever since.

    That's the thing I don't like, it's a one trick pony. A Mossberg or Remington have all kinds of barrels available. You spend more but they are more versatile.

    I had a 20 ga mossberg 500 once. It was a cool little gun. I lost it but that's a long story.

    If you're looking for a budget shotgun to throw around in your truck, then take a look st a Maverick 88. You can pick one up for about $200, and they accept most Mossberg 500 accessories. Best $200 I ever spent...

    Except they don't have a 20 ga with a less than 22" bbl. I will probably have to look at the 500 in the youth line. I need something my wife can shoot.
