Thanks for posting that.
Man oh man, I want my country back.
* I hope I didn't offend Sarah.
Many of us do... thing is moving videos and verbal rhetoric and even our vote will not get it back. Aggressive, assertive action by the people sending a clear message is the only way to get it back. As much as many want to believe otherwise... the time for revolution is close at hand.
You are certainly right about the first part. Nevertheless, when I see things like that it reminds me how frustrated I am. Yes, it's a tad corny but it's the sentiment that counts.
Yes ... it is called voting. That is what elections are for.
But republicans of the last 30 years like to patronize the ignorant and gullible in this way (fake "patriotism" and nationalism ... e.g. this video) and spout things like revolution ... and Tea Party, and patriots. Demonize their opponents as vile and evil. Socialists and communists and Nazis.
All simply because they lost the election(s) and want to win it back. It is disgusting actually ... and the REAL threat to our democracy (more so than any fantasy "socialist" take over).
Oh .. I forgot to add ..
DEATH PANELS !!!
very good, very good indeed.
I agree with you Glock 20 10mm, it is close at hand.
Oh swell, another lib in our ranks.
You say liberal ... I say not fringe right.
I was being polite and not saying, *******ing moron who can't see his nose in front of his face. But what do I know, I'm ignorant and gullible.
Predictably as expected. There is no in between with folks like you. If someone doesn't agree with you politically they are "****ing morons". I guess I'll quote myself in response to your post ... it says it all.
Waste of time.
And I am simply pointing out the fact that voting has failed as well. Sure we will be voting many out this November, but really will the replacements be that much different or better? We hope so, but the last 20+ years have shown us this is not the case most of the time. The few really good politicians that do make it in are soon blackballed and made to look the fool by media attacks... and we end up with what we have today.
Also, while many here will disagree with me for whatever their reasons, I still believe that the Bush elections were tampered with. Our votes were violated. Also with the electoral college, our votes really don't count as we voted them too. Case in point, I voted for Ron Paul this last election... Obama took California so by electoral college my vote was given to someone that I didn't vote for or even want in the first place. How is that vote working for me if it's suppressed and applied to someone or something I don't want or believe in? How many thousands of other voters like myself were robbed of their final voice due to this?
So tell me how voting will fix and solve our problems? It won't, as much as I would like to believe the process still works, it doesn't anymore. Revolution starts small and grows as injustice is compounded by injustice. And when the people lash out with their voice and vote and are still ignored... then it's time for them to step it up a bit. The question is...
are their enough educated patriots in this nation willing to fight to restore the Republic?
Truer words were never spoke concerning protecting the liberties of the American citizens.
EDIT: Great video!
