    CNN is a joke.

I am going to build a shark gun that shoots baby sharks at people. It is going to weigh about 11 pounds, which makes it more deadly than 10 pound guns. Not only will you get shot, but then the shark is going to bite you. It is really nothing to laugh at.

I also want to blame Trump for this.

I like Jan Morgan. She handled herself pretty well. That guy was an uneducated ******. His eyes would bug out every time he said consonants.

Isn't a Form 1 ONLY if you are a manufacturer of a firearm and plan on selling it or becoming a commercial manufacturer? Federal law already gives us the ability to make guns from home as long as we have the legal ability to posses a firearm. As long as the completed firearm would be perfectly legal if you purchased it from an FFL, it's all good. This is why Polymer 80 is allowed to sell lowers to the public without going through an FFL.

There's already a law on the manufacture of guns that are plastic or I should say undetectable.

(edited to say I don't know if this ever passed)
H.R.1474 - Undetectable Firearms Modernization Act

Liberals have emotions and feelings. That is all they need.

Over 300 million people a year are killed by 3D printed guns.

I wasn’t thinking when I wrote that. Form 1 is only to make an NFA item which these aren’t.

What is funny is the whole thing is about 1st amendment. It is about the right to share knowledge.

That is how they forced fedzilla to stop.

Fedzilla settled out of court to save face because it had no standing under ITAR to regulate information on how to make gun parts. They knew it would lose in higher courts.

This is not about 3D printed guns, this is about being able to share the technical knowledge to build guns. Which the federal government tried to prevent under ITAR but got BTFO and had to reach a settlement. No precedent set. Good enough for them.

Now because of a judge, we might see Cody's case reach the supreme court. Which will be a complete win considering past rulings that information sharing is covered under the 1st amendment.

Here is a video with Micheal Malice interviewing Cody Wilson about the settlement.
